Account Setup

Practice Configuration
- Entered your business name

- Written a business description for your AI
Services and Hours
- Added all services you offer
- Configured business hours for each day
- Selected your preferred phone area code
Subscription
- Chosen your plan (Medical or Non-Medical)
- Started your 14-day free trial
- Added payment information
Team (Optional)
- Invited team members who need access
- Assigned appropriate roles (Admin, Manager, Employee)
Go Live
- Noted your new business phone number

Your First Week
Day 1: Get Familiar
- Log in and explore the dashboard
- Review your calendar view
- Make a test call to your new number
Day 2-3: Add Your Patients
- Import existing patient records (Settings > Import)
- Or add patients manually as they call
