Account Setup

  • Created your account with email verification
  • Completed your personal profile (name, phone)
  • Set a strong password

Practice Configuration

  • Entered your business name
  • Added your business address
  • Provided business contact information (email, phone)
  • Written a business description for your AI

Services and Hours

  • Added all services you offer
  • Configured business hours for each day
  • Selected your preferred phone area code

Subscription

  • Chosen your plan (Medical or Non-Medical)
  • Started your 14-day free trial
  • Added payment information

Team (Optional)

  • Invited team members who need access
  • Assigned appropriate roles (Admin, Manager, Employee)

Go Live

  • Noted your new business phone number
  • Updated your website and marketing with the new number

Your First Week

Day 1: Get Familiar

  • Log in and explore the dashboard
  • Review your calendar view
  • Make a test call to your new number

Day 2-3: Add Your Patients

  • Import existing patient records (Settings > Import)
  • Or add patients manually as they call

Day 4-5: Fine-Tune

  • Listen to call recordings
  • Check transcripts for accuracy
  • Note any adjustments needed for your AI

Day 6-7: Train Your Team
