Navigating the Application

What you'll learn: How to find your way around the application on desktop and mobile devices.

The Main Navigation

The application provides easy access to all features through a simple navigation system. Where you see the navigation depends on your device:

  • Desktop: A sidebar on the left side of your screen
  • Mobile/Tablet: A navigation bar at the bottom of your screen

AI Chat

Your intelligent assistant that can answer questions about your practice, patients, and appointments. This is your home screen when you first log in.

Calendar

View and manage all appointments. See your schedule by day, week, or month.

Clients (or Patients)

Your complete list of clients or patients. Add new ones, view details, and manage their information.

Note: If you're using a medical plan, this section is labeled "Patients" instead of "Clients."

Communications

Review all phone calls handled by your AI assistant. Listen to recordings, read transcripts, and see call summaries.

Mail

Access your email directly from the application. Opens in a new window.

Settings

Configure your practice, manage team members, update billing, and customize how your AI assistant works.

The Top Bar

At the top of every screen, you'll find:

Click to return to the home screen (AI Chat).

Theme Toggle

Switch between light and dark mode. Click the sun or moon icon to change.

Notification Bell

See alerts about appointments, team requests, and system updates. A red dot appears when you have unread notifications.

Your Profile Menu

Click your name or avatar to access:

  • Your profile settings
  • Sign out option
  • Switch between practices (if you belong to more than one)

Switching Between Practices

If you have access to multiple practices:

  1. Click your profile menu in the top right
  2. You'll see a list of practices you belong to
  3. Click on a practice name to switch to it

The current practice name is shown in the top bar.

Mobile Navigation Tips

On mobile devices:

  • Tap icons at the bottom to switch between sections
  • Swipe up on lists to see more items
  • Pull down to refresh the current view
  • The current section's icon is highlighted

Desktop Navigation Tips

On desktop:

  • The sidebar shows icons with labels
  • Click any item to navigate to that section
  • The current section is highlighted
  • On very wide screens, the sidebar expands to show more detail

Finding What You Need Quickly

Use the AI Chat — The fastest way to find anything. Just ask:

  • "Show me today's appointments"
  • "Find patient John Smith"
  • "How many calls came in yesterday?"

Use the Calendar — For anything schedule-related.

Use Communications — To review recent calls and messages.
