Notification Tips

Check regularly — Glance at the bell icon when you log in to catch important updates.

Act on appointment cancellations — When you see a cancellation, you may want to reach out to the patient or open that time slot for others.

Respond to time off requests — If you're a manager, try to respond to team requests promptly.

What Triggers Notifications

Notifications are automatically created when:

  • An appointment is approaching
  • A patient cancels an appointment
  • A team member submits a time off request
  • An admin approves or rejects time off
  • There's an important system update

You don't need to configure anything — notifications work automatically based on your role and the events in your practice.
