Viewing Your Patient List

What you'll learn: How to find patients in your list, search for specific patients, and navigate through your patient records.

Accessing the Patient List

  1. Click Clients (or Patients for medical practices) in the navigation
  2. Your complete patient list appears

Understanding the Patient List

Each patient card shows:

  • Name — The patient's full name with initials displayed as an avatar
  • Status — A colored badge showing their current status (Active, Inactive, Prospect, Lead)
  • Email — Their contact email address
  • Phone — Their phone number
  • Tags — Labels you've assigned (up to 3 shown, with a count of additional tags)
  • Last Contact — When you last communicated with them

Searching for Patients

To find a specific patient:

  1. Type in the search field at the top of the list
  2. Enter any part of their name, email, or phone number
  3. The list updates automatically as you type
  4. Results appear after a brief pause (to avoid searching with every keystroke)

Tip: Search works across multiple fields, so you can search by name, email, or phone number.

If you have many patients, the list is organized into pages:

  • Page numbers — Click a number to jump to that page
  • Previous/Next — Use the arrows to move one page at a time
  • First/Last — Jump directly to the beginning or end of the list
  • Go to page — Type a specific page number to jump directly there

The bottom of the screen shows how many patients you're viewing out of the total.

Viewing Patient Details

To see complete information about a patient:

  1. Click anywhere on their card
  2. A detailed view opens showing all their information
  3. Click the X or tap outside the panel to close it

Quick Actions from the List

Without opening the full profile, you can:

  1. Click the three-dot menu on any patient card
  2. Choose from:
    • View Details — Open their full profile
    • Edit — Go directly to editing their information
    • Delete/Archive — Remove the patient (Archive for medical practices)

Selecting Multiple Patients

You can select multiple patients to perform bulk actions:

  1. Check the selection box on each patient you want to select
  2. A confirmation prompt appears
  3. Choose to delete or cancel

Caution: Deleting multiple patients cannot be undone.
