Downgrading Your Plan
To reduce your subscription:
- Go to Billing
- Find plan options
- Select a lower plan
- Understand what you'll lose
- Confirm the change
Downgrades typically take effect at the next billing cycle.
Monitoring Usage
Track your usage to avoid overages:
- Voice minutes used
- Remaining allowance
- Usage trends
If you regularly exceed limits, consider upgrading.
Add-Ons
Additional features you can purchase:
- Extra voice minutes
- Additional capabilities
- Enhanced features
Add-ons appear in your bill alongside your base subscription.
Updating Payment Information
To change your payment method:

- Find Payment Methods
- Add a new card
- Set as default if desired
- Remove old cards if needed
