Managing Your Subscription

What you'll learn: How to update your subscription, change plans, and manage your account.

Viewing Your Current Plan

In the billing section:

  • See your plan name
  • View included features
  • Check your usage status

Upgrading Your Plan

To access more features or usage:

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Find upgrade options
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm the change
  5. New features become available

Upgrades typically take effect immediately.

Downgrading Your Plan

To reduce your subscription:

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Find plan options
  3. Select a lower plan
  4. Understand what you'll lose
  5. Confirm the change

Downgrades typically take effect at the next billing cycle.

Monitoring Usage

Track your usage to avoid overages:

  • Voice minutes used
  • Remaining allowance
  • Usage trends

If you regularly exceed limits, consider upgrading.

Add-Ons

Additional features you can purchase:

  • Extra voice minutes
  • Additional capabilities
  • Enhanced features

Add-ons appear in your bill alongside your base subscription.

Updating Payment Information

To change your payment method:

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Find Payment Methods
  3. Add a new card
  4. Set as default if desired
  5. Remove old cards if needed

Payment Issues

If a payment fails:

  • You receive notification
  • Service may be affected after grace period
  • Update payment info promptly
  • Contact support if issues persist

Invoice Access

View and download invoices:

  • Click on any invoice
  • View details
  • Download PDF for records
  • Use for accounting

Free Trial

If you're on a free trial:

  • See days remaining
  • Trial features available
  • Plan your transition
  • Add payment before trial ends to continue
