Accessing Billing

  2. Find Billing

Note: Only Admins can access billing information.

Your Subscription

Your subscription determines:

  • How much you pay
  • Your included usage

Subscription Details

The billing section shows:

  • Your current plan
  • Monthly cost
  • Billing cycle dates
  • Next payment date

Usage and Credits

Your plan includes certain usage:

  • Voice minutes (AI call time)
  • Features included
  • Usage limits

Track your usage in the billing section.

Payment Methods

View and manage how you pay:

  • Credit/debit cards on file
  • Update payment information
  • Set default payment method

Billing History

See past invoices and payments:

  • Invoice dates
  • Amounts paid
  • Payment status
  • Download invoices

Understanding Your Bill

Your bill may include:

  • Base subscription — Your plan's monthly fee
  • Usage overage — If you exceeded included minutes
  • Add-ons — Additional features you've purchased

Changing Plans

If you need a different plan:

  • Upgrade or downgrade as needed

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

  • Contact support or use in-app cancellation
