  4. Wait for the response

Keyboard Shortcuts

  • Shift + Enter — Add a new line without sending

Using Suggestions

When you first open the chat, you'll see suggested questions:

  • Click any suggestion to use it as your question
  • Suggestions show common helpful queries
  • They help you get started quickly

Getting Responses

After you ask a question:

  • The assistant processes your request
  • A response appears below your question
  • Responses may include:
    • Direct answers
    • Lists of information
    • Helpful explanations
    • Follow-up suggestions

Asking Follow-Up Questions

The assistant remembers the conversation:

  • Ask follow-ups based on previous answers
  • Reference information already discussed
  • Build on earlier questions

Example conversation:

  • You: "How many appointments do I have tomorrow?"
  • AI: "You have 5 appointments scheduled for tomorrow."
  • You: "Can you show me the details?"
  • AI: (Provides appointment details)

When Responses Are Loading

While the assistant is working:

  • A loading indicator may appear
  • Wait for the complete response
  • Don't navigate away mid-response

If Something Goes Wrong

If you receive an error:

  • Try asking the question differently
  • Refresh the page if needed
  • Check your internet connection

Clearing the Conversation

To start fresh:

  • Look for a clear or new chat option
  • This removes previous messages
  • Useful for starting a new topic

Tips for Clear Questions

Be specific — "Show tomorrow's appointments" works better than "Show appointments"

Include context — "Find patient John Smith" is clearer than "Find John"

Ask one thing at a time — Break complex requests into steps
