Understanding AI Credits
AI credits cover the cost of voice conversations:
- Voice calls: $0.30 per minute
- Plans include starter credits each month
- Additional usage is billed at overage rates
- Track your usage in the Billing section
Example: If the AI handles a 5-minute call, that uses $1.50 in credits.
The 14-Day Free Trial
All plans (except Enterprise) include a 14-day free trial:
- No charge during trial — Try the full system free
- Full access — All features available immediately
- Cancel anytime — No obligation to continue
- Automatic billing — Subscription starts after trial ends
Selecting Your Plan
- Review the features for each plan
- Click Start Free Trial on your chosen plan
- You may be asked to select add-ons (additional features)
- Enter payment information
- Your trial begins immediately

After Selecting a Plan
Once you've selected your plan and completed payment setup:
- Your account is activated
- You receive your dedicated business phone number
