Creating Your Account

What you'll learn: How to sign up for InboundAI365, verify your email, and complete your personal profile.

Starting the Sign-Up Process

Step 1: Visit the Sign-Up Page

  1. Go to the InboundAI365 website
  2. Click Get Started or Sign Up
  3. You'll see the account creation screen

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

  1. Type your email address in the field provided
  2. Click Get Started
  3. You'll receive a verification code at this email address

Tip: Use an email you check regularly. Important notifications about your practice will be sent here.

Step 3: Verify Your Email

  1. Check your inbox for a message from InboundAI365
  2. Find the 6-digit verification code in the email
  3. Enter the code on the verification screen
  4. Click Verify

If you don't see the email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Wait a minute and check again
  • Click "Resend code" if needed

Step 4: Complete Your Profile

After verifying your email, you'll set up your personal profile:

  1. Full Name

    • Enter your first and last name
    • This is how you'll appear in the system
  2. Phone Number

    • Enter your mobile phone number
    • Format: (555) 123-4567
    • We'll send important updates to this number
  3. Click Continue to proceed

What Happens Next

After creating your account, you'll move through a guided setup process:

  1. Tell us about your business — Name, address, contact info
  2. Configure your services — What you offer and your hours
  3. Choose your plan — Select the subscription that fits your needs
  4. Go live — Your AI receptionist starts answering calls

The entire setup process takes about 5 minutes.

Already Have an Account?

If you've previously signed up:

  1. Click Sign In instead of Sign Up
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click Sign In

Forgot your password? Click "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen to reset it.

Accepting a Team Invitation

If someone invited you to join their existing practice:

  1. Check your email for an invitation from InboundAI365
  2. Click the Accept Invitation link in the email
  3. Create your password
  4. Complete your profile
  5. You'll be added to the practice with the role assigned by your administrator
