Finding Business Settings

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Find Business or Practice Information
  3. Open to view and edit

What You Can Update

Business Name

Your practice's official name:

  • How the AI introduces your business
  • Appears in communications
  • Should match your branding

Business Address

Your physical location:

  • Used for directions
  • Appears in appointment confirmations
  • The AI can share this with callers

Contact Information

  • Phone — Your main business number
  • Email — Your contact email
  • Website — Your web address

Business Description

A description of what you do:

  • Helps the AI understand your practice
  • Used to answer "What do you do?" questions
  • Should be clear and accurate

Editing Business Information

  1. Find the field you want to change
  2. Enter the new information
  3. Save your changes
  4. Updates take effect immediately

Business Hours

Set when you're open:

  • Each day of the week
  • Opening and closing times
  • Mark closed days

The AI uses this to:

  • Know when to mention you're open vs. closed
